- For credit card security purposes the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guests name and this card must be shown upon arrival at the Resort. In case you do not bring your own credit card used during the booking process, you will be required to pay the full amount again at the front desk and the card used during the booking process will be refunded in full. Please kidnly be advise that if we refund the money to the card used during the booking process, there will be a fee that the bank will charge you so the money will be less than the amount that you should receive. - Due to recent climatic conditions beach erosion has occurred in this area. While direct access to the beach and ocean is still possible from the resort please be aware that maintenance and reconstruction works are taking place on sections of the adjacent public beach area between the 23rd of October until the 18th of December 2023. Times and days of works are varied subject to tides, weather and ocean conditions. - Salt Restaurant is currently closed out. A deposit may be required at the property.

We arrived in February, but I had accidentally booked our accommodation for March. It was only a one-night booking and non-refundable, so I was understandably worried. However, the service we received from Thuy, Nhi, and Hanh was absolutely outstanding. Even though the mistake was entirely my fault, they kindly canceled my original booking and rebooked us for the day we arrived. Their understanding and willingness to help truly exceeded our expectations. We decided to upgrade to an ocean-view room, and it was spotlessly clean, with beautifully maintained surrounding gardens. The pool area is wonderful, and the restaurant offers magnificent views. The food and drinks were excellent. What really stood out was the staff — everyone is so friendly and genuinely seems happy to work here, which creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’m honestly disappointed that we only booked one night because this resort is truly wonderful. With such helpful staff, fantastic facilities, and outstanding service, it’s hard to imagine how anyone could find anything negative to say about it.

Everything was perfect! The staff was extremely kind and welcoming, the rooms were big and very comfortable, and the surroundings were full of nature. The pool was large and beautiful — perfect for relaxing. I would definitely come back!

The breakfast was fantastic. Always wide, changing variety of international and local foods as well as fresh fruits. Room was cleaned everyday and fairly freshly renovated. Garden and pool are fantastic, as well as the beach.

Mui Ne itself is very touristy. It’s not a romantic beach getaway. However the resort is fantastic. Can’t change the surroundings though
