- For credit card security purposes the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guests name and this card must be shown upon arrival at the Resort. In case you do not bring your own credit card used during the booking process, you will be required to pay the full amount again at the front desk and the card used during the booking process will be refunded in full. Please kidnly be advise that if we refund the money to the card used during the booking process, there will be a fee that the bank will charge you so the money will be less than the amount that you should receive. - Due to recent climatic conditions beach erosion has occurred in this area. While direct access to the beach and ocean is still possible from the resort please be aware that maintenance and reconstruction works are taking place on sections of the adjacent public beach area between the 23rd of October until the 18th of December 2023. Times and days of works are varied subject to tides, weather and ocean conditions. - Salt Restaurant is currently closed out. A deposit may be required at the property.

Disappointing attitude of at least two night security guards in the restaurant area (Saturday July 19) when they would not assist us in charging our devices and did not explain whether it was resort policy or not.

Loved the feel and look of the resort - loved all the palm trees and greenery, the thatched roofs on the bungalows, the great sized pool and the resort’s vicinity to the beach. And there were so many birds! Just lovely. Kristy, the resort manager, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable - my wife and I were allocated a lovely room with beach views, there was a bottle of bubbles on arrival, some hand-made chocolates and a small birthday cake. Incredibly sweet and generous

- The Vietnamese food we ordered at the restaurant one night was disappointing. - The flat white coffee I ordered was scoldingly hot, the milk used was not up to par (the only local milk that works is Da Lat) & there was no microfoam as you would expect (just a small thing but as an Australian, we have high expectations when it comes to coffee!).
