Please note, there is a 1.4% credit card surcharge when using a credit card. Please note construction of a high rise residential building has commenced on one of the exterior boundaries of the resort complex. Rooms in the direct vicinity of this boundary may be impacted by an increase in noise levels between the hours of 06:30 -18:30, Monday to Saturday. During this time resort staff will do their best in meeting any guest requests in allocating away from the affected areas. Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that accommodations is serviced once a week. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Surrounding Area Noise Works Notice: Please note, due to the construction of the Gold Coast Light Rail in the area, there will be overnight construction works occurring which may cause noise disruption from 11 July to 31 December 2024. Great location, friendly staff, spacious apartment with balcony's, pool is lovely. We will stay again

Perhaps because I clean hotels for a living and have high standards ,I found the bathrooms and kitchens weren't as clean as I remember from last time we stayed..alot of the dishes and pots and pans needed to be cleaned. Aswell as the kitchen splashbacks and benches and glass in the showers. As a cleaner though, I understand time constraints when staff have a lot of rooms to clean and limited time to do fine details.. the rooms were still comfortable and tidy and we would come back to stay again . For a family it is a great place to stay

Location is fantastic. Good parking nearby, we had 3 cars. Very comfortable. Pool area great with huge bbq area and heated pool was lovely.

Third bedroom very small, it wouldn't be great for a long stay. Cleaning not 100%. A couple of small things missing in kitchen...a water jug, base for dish drainer, plastic dishware to bring to bbq area.

Location was perfect Facilities clean and tidy Amazing pool Friendly staff Perfect for my family Propert is safe and secure Close to the beach, Pacific Fair & tram station

Leaving to come home (back to NZ) Holiday wasn't long enough Not being able to make use of the BBQ area (we were out everyday)

The Room was amazing ground floor would love this room again just had to walk out the gate right near pool BBQ area. Location easy access in walking distance to beach, surf club and pacific fair and the grounds were just like a tropical oasis Will certainly be back again.

Loved the facilities.

Somenof the drinking happening around the pool was a bit too much for children. Got a bit creepy with older men at night drinking… Also, missing a pot or two in our litchen and need more bowls. Otherwise everything great.
