One room has queen size double bed and single bed and the other a double and a single bed and seating area. This suite is at top of guest house, so is not suitable for guests who have difficulties climbing stairs. This room cannot accommodate and extra bed.

The room was very clean and as we expected it to be. The location was superb and the instructions and communication from Beechwood Ensuite Guest House were very clear and friendly. They accommodated an early check in for us which was very kind.

The electric shower was very temperamental, not staying warm but instead either being freezing cold or boiling hot. We informed them of this in person and they assured it would be fixed for the next guests which was great. The bed was very small but very comfortable despite its size.

The staff were super friendly, accommodating and welcoming. They put our rooms next to each other which was nice. The bed was soo comfy. Everything was very clean and fresh, shower was lovely. Plenty of tea and coffee etc!

Lovely welcome by one of the owners, beautifully decorated and clean. Limited parking available at the front, but if not, can park down a side street, room.was lovely too.

Shower was very temperamental and I was difficult to get required temperature.
