Beechwood Ensuite Guest House

A lovely place, superbly located for ease of access into Prestwick and Ayr. Friendly and helpful owners, who were on hand if we needed anything. This is the fourth time we have stayed, will stay again.

Nothing, it was perfect for us, have stayed there four times now..

The friendly greeting , warm and welcoming entrance , lovely room , spotless and fresh , and a lovely fresh cooked breakfast , I’d say this was the best b&b I’ve been to and would highly recommend this place to anyone , it felt very upmarket and would not disappoint anyone , thanks for having me

Nothing a great stay

Really clear instructions for my late check-in, with effort clearly made to provide a warm welcome. Room was comfortable and warm upon my arrival, I was able to get a good night's sleep before continuing on my journey.

The shower in my room was a bit tricky in terms of getting the temperature to remain constant.

SMS and email after 12pm to let us know room is ready. This is despite the room available from 4pm. Informed of how to check in and this was simple and effective.a lovely B&B in the heart of where we wanted to be. Owners were friendly, attentive and always available if you needed them.They really made us feel comfortable. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They were lovely to chat to too, Very knowledgeable about the area and learned about their family news. They were also interested in our visit. It was nice they recalled us from a visit a year ago. The amenities were great, kids loved having their own space and were delighted with the sweet touch of treats left for each of them. We enjoyed having the top floor to ourselves. Rooms were quiet and we all had a great, comfortable sleep. Breakfast was also outstanding! So much on offer. Meat produce was locally sourced and was delicious, also cooked exceptionally. The room was cleaned to a high standard and truly enjoyed our stay. They also recommend a Thai restaurant nearby to eat for dinner and also did not disappoint Book here, you will enjoy your stay
