L’accueil et le service (à part au moment de l’arrivée un peu après 14:00 le samedi, où il n’y avait semble-t-il pas âme qui vive dans l’hôtel!). Le préposé à l’accueil, Étienne, nous a fort bien renseignés sur la ville et les aménités de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner, avec ses spécialités régionales, était superbe.

Rooms were super lovely. One of our rooms had a massive balcony. Shower was great. Very clean! Staff nice.

No hotel parking. Only pay and display on the street. Can get very busy

Die Lage war gut. Parkplätze vor dem Hotel an der Straße.

Kleine Zimmer man hat nicht mal Platz den Koffer irgendwo zu öffnen. Badezimmer war staubig und sah nicht wirklich sauber aus. Größe vom Bad war in Ordnung. Dann musste man eine Kaution bezahlen und beim Check out wollte ich das man mir bestätigt dass das Zimmer in Ordnung ist und ich die Kaution zurück bekomme. Ich wollte vermeiden dass mir was im Nachhinein was angehängt wird um die Kaution zu behalten. Zuerst weigerte sich die Dame und meinte das würden sie später machen. Erst nach mehrfachen Nachfragen wurde erst das Zimmer geprüft und mir die Kaution zurück erstattet. Guten Service empfinde ich anders. Ich werde das Hotel und diese Hotelkette nicht mehr buchen.
