Hôtel bien implanté et calme au centre de Périgueux, proche de l'ancienne ville. C'est idéal pour les visites. Le parking n'est pas compris dans la réservation. C'est la surprise à l'arrivée. Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus pour le prix. Le prix est un peu élevé pour la prestation. C'est surement dû à la proximité du centre ville.

Wir alle haben im Leben größere Probleme im Leben, als über € 10,- zu diskutieren. Meine Erfahrung mit dem Hotel bzw. mit den Hotelbetreibern war aber so schlecht, dass ich mir trotzdem die Mühe mache darüber zu informieren: DAS HOTEL WURDE VON UNS VORAB MIT KOSTENLOSEM PARKPLATZ VERBINDLICH GEBUCHT. (Die Angaben auf dem Portal hier wurden zwischenzeitlich geändert!). Ohne Hinweis wurden für den Hotelparkplatz bei Einchecken plötzlich € 10,- Gebühr abgerechnet. "Wir haben die Konditionen geändert. Sie können draußen Parken, da ist es kostenlos. Die Hotelparkplätze sind knapp und andere Gäste zahlen dann dafür." (Wir haben draußen geparkt und die € 10,- auch wieder erstattet bekommen). Am Morgen beim Auschecken haben wir jedoch nochmal kurz darauf hingewiesen, dass das Vorgehen aus unserer Sicht nicht korrekt ist, zumal auch auf der Homepage des Hotels zu den Zimmerdetails stand "Kostenloses Parken auf dem Hotelparkplatz". Die Hotelbetreiber reagierten uneinsichtig und extrem aggressiv. Die Diskussion eskalierte bis hin zum Platzverweis durch die Hotelbetreiber. Meine Vermutung: Aggressives Verhalten weil hierüber oft mit Gästen diskutiert werden muss. Leider habe ich erst jetzt - auch auf anderen Portalen - über ähnliche Erfahrungen gelesen. Unser Doppelzimmer (Nr. 2) war sehr klein, hatte entgegen der Angaben keine Minibar und der Schrank wäre sogar für ein Einzelzimmer zu klein. Fazit: Hotel unterdurchschnittlich, Verhalten der Hotelbetreiber eine Katastrophe.
