Souhait de fermeture de l'accueil à l'horaire indiqué et non 1/4 d'heure avant pour éviter d'être enfermé dehors quand on n'avait pas prévu de mémoriser encore le code. Matelas trop mou. Ce serait bien d'avoir des draps en plein été au lieu d'une couette pour éviter de mettre la clim' la nuit. On avait trop chaud... Le meilleur petit-déjeuner de mes vacances ! Que des produits locaux !! Il faut être Musclor pour ouvrir correctement la porte coulissante de la salle d'eau (mérite un coup d'huile). Vue sympa sur la ville.

Calme, a 20 mn a pied du centre piétonnier de St Jean de Luz et de sa plage

For $70 a night it was a bargain with a sweeping ocean view. Driving up to the property was a challenge, very narrow and hilly and quite difficult to find but once there the view was world class.

Sejour sur 2 nuits...hotel et emplacement de charme..top...typique pays basque,seul petit inconvenient places parking en nombre insuffisant...on doit donc se garer le long de la route sinueuse et montee raide....et finir le trajet a pied...si en forme pas de soucis.

Las vistas desde la habitación y la tranquilidad. El desayuno muy bueno. El aparcamiento del hotel es pésimo.

Sa tranquillité, son architecture, son emplacement. Le côté sportif lors du retour à l'hôtel, je le recommande à toutes et tous.

For the price you pay, this hotel is absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean and well decorated and kept. Sea view rooms with breathtaking views. Quiet, charming neighborhood, proximity to the beach... If you are a couple or have kids that are 10+ years old, no problem. However, if you are a family with a small child, a person who have troubles with going up a lot of very steep stairs and have no car to remedy that situation, avoid it. There are, according to my phone, 7 floors worth of stairs to get to the hotel from the bottom of the hill. Else, you have to climb up a winding road, which is also somewhat steep. But if that poses no issue for you, don’t hesitate. Another thing to note is that the reception is not open 24/7, as it is a family run establishment. We arrived during their break (12-4 pm) but they kindly checked us in after we gave them a call. But do keep that in mind if you are coming between those hours.
