Great location for overnight stay en route to Bergerac from Cherbourg. Halfway stop. Lovely restaurant. Food great. Breakfast excellent too. Nice decor.

This hotel is in a very scenic location by the river Vendée - my husband even spotted a kingfisher while we were there! It is also very convenient for the motorway. We thought that the evening meal was very good value for the quality of food provided.

The breakfast was rather expensive
