Location is far far away from city centre, Trams 5A and 7 go from HBF to Im Rott stop This is located in a Boardinghouse and people are talking quite loudly outside the rooms in the common areas. Breakfast @15 euros per adult seems slightly over-priced but this is still passable.

Very loud outside noises from other residents/ locals late into the night ( most nights). People smoking under our bedroom windows meant we had to keep them closed until the area cleared.
LUGünstiger Preis, gute Matratze, Sauberkeit ok, gute Erreichbarkeit mit ÖPNV (vom Hbf ca. 20 - 25 Min. und ein paar Minuten Fußweg); schön war, dass ich schon am späten Vormittag einchecken konnte; Zimmer roch etwas nach Zigarettenrauch; Duschhalterung defekt (das sollte eigentlich bei der Zimmerreinigung aufgefallen sein); Kühlschrank der Küchenzeile sehr laut;
