"Great location, but needs a facelift"

Great location and friendly staff, but it needs a bit of a facelift. The AC could work better in the bedroom too. I would have been satisfied if the price had been half, but at what we paid it was a bit disappointing

"Picturesque location, away from hustle and bustle."

A beautiful location directly across from the ocean. Close to restaurants and cafes. Close to the double decker red tourist bus stop. Breakfast fresh and tasty, cooked to order, with healthy options as well.

Incredible stay! We hopped around South Africa and thus stayed at several different hotels and found that at most hotels, the front desk staff weren't very friendly, but our opinion changed after staying at Primi Seacastle because all their staff including the front desk staff went above and beyond to be kind and welcoming. It has way more of a homey feel than the chain hotels. Breakfast is lovely. The location is incredible and we got a huge, beautiful room with a view of the ocean- woke up to the sound of the waves each day. The rates are unbeatable for its location and comfort. Thank you for a lovely stay!

"Best option in campus bay (cozy and nice view)"

The hotel amenities are fantastic !!! We were blessed tinetas in the room 10 (spacious, great view, good amenities). Staff is friendly and always available to help!! Breakfast is simple, but still acceptable !

"Fantastic location with amazing views"

Fantastic location across the road from Camps Bay beach. We chose a sea-view room and it was definitely worth it for the amazing views particulalry of the sun setting into the ocean. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help. Restaurants and cafes easily reached within a 5 minute walk.

The staff was friendly and helpful in every aspect. Free breakfast every morning and more than happy to give advice about where to go and what to do and where to avoid. Very nice clean rooms with beautiful views.
