There were really no services of any kind. The location was too far from the main city. The room was rather small. There was no sort of complimentary or readily available transport besides to make it up and down by car to your rooms as the hill is too step to walk. Overall a 7/10
Das Hotel ist wunderschön,sauber,modern...Personal sehr aufmerksam,hilfsbereit...Was mich aber sehr gestört hat ; Transfer war nicht inkl. Das finde ich kleinig...../vor allem bei den Preisen.../Sonst kann ich nur weiterempfehlen...Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf den nächsten Urlaub HIER.Vielen Dank...
no welcome to spa, stayed in a room without a view
This hotel was a nightmare. It had salty water for shower. We had to take our showers with salty, ocean water. It was sticky, uncomfortable and so dishonest from their staff to tell customers that this was a problem in the island. After 2 nights, we went to another hotel and the water was normal and fine to shower. It made s huge difference on pior trip. The room jacuzzi was green and salty water.
Leider passen die Bilder nicht zum Ist-Zustand dieses Hotels. Angefangen vom nicht 5-Sterne-adäquaten Servicepersonal bis hin zu schmuddeligen Zimmern gibt es eine lange Liste von enttäuschenden Details rund um das Hotel. Auf den Bettmatratzen lag man wie in einem Senkloch, aus dem man nur schwer wieder raus kam. Die Böden werden nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Das Servicepersonal (zB. beim Frühstück) geht nicht proaktiv auf Gäste zu, man muss immer hinterher laufen. Alles in allem habe ich mir bei 5 Sternen was ganz anderes vorgestellt. Meine Erwartungen konnten nicht erfüllt werden.
