The contruction was a little noisy and other people staying near us were loud, and kept us awake . It was a bit dark and cold. We ended up only having 3 of us stay as one person couldn't make it. Parking was hard with our Patrol due to poles, needed a park not near a pole. Other than those few things it was nice.

There was nothing positive about this property, nor the staff who own it.

Massive building work happening outside the front and back door, excessively loud from 7am through to the evening, could not use the balcony as a result, the advertised pool and bbq area was not accessible, I raised a complaint through booking.com and was told the apartment had been contacted, but I never received any word, I then contacted apartment directly, was promised compensation but not been forthcoming. Owner accepted the level of noise unacceptable, however told me there was another pool but this was not clear or signposted anywhere. No staff on site despite advertised as an open reception so found out too late about this. Have tried escalating complaint but ignored from Booking.com and the apartments directly. Offered less than $150 voucher - which is insulting given the expense of the stay and I have no trust to use booking.com in future now anyway. The building work had been ongoing for months (and anticapted for further months) and so we should have been told about it in advance and offered oppotunity to change booking.

There are major redevelopment works getting done. We weren’t warned when electing to book, and staying here was not cheap, so getting woken up at 7am by a Jack Hammer really upset our weekend away!! It went for hours too!!! And don’t get me started on the parking. While the parking garage is high enough for 4WDs (we checked prior, because it’s a thing when you own them) but there was a storage box over the car park, so unless you owned a swift or something smaller parking in the park is out of the question. There is 1 visitor carpark in the complex we could have used, but it was taken. There is no close street parking.

Great location and absolutely beautiful apartment! Great balcony area for guests and I to enjoy.

Unfortunately the car spaces are way too small if you don’t have a small hatch back. They are hard to get into and the carpark we were given had an overhead shed unit above it so our car did not fit.
