Overall very good although the TV could only receive bbc and some random freeview channels. In fairness reception attempted to return etc but without success.

Warm. Reasonable parking

Specific room was difficult to find, down an overgrown access. Bed was small. Not comfortable. Kitchen equipment was average. Not comprehensive and lower quality. Worked TV in main area was a reasonable size but free view reception was poor. Bedroom TV was tiny and had terrible reception. Very few channels viewable. Fridge not levelled/broken leg. Had to lift each time to close. Lots of varnished wood and aged decor.

Beautiful villa in a great location. Very peaceful and only a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. The place was clean, well maintained and perfect for switching off for a few days. Would definitely stay again when back in Cornwall. Just a shame we didnt go further into the summer when the pool would be open.

Honestly, nothing. Everything about the stay was excellent.
