Hotel Club Saraceno - Bovis Hotels

Schon bei der Ankunft hatten wir Glück, und wurden in perfekten Deutsch empfangen und eingewiesen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders mit dem Surflehrer Iago hat sich eine echte Freundschaft aufgebaut.

Okay breakfast selection, but same thing almost every day

You get free towels and they charge you 20 Euro as deposit, but surprise, if you exchange your towels you will have to pay 20 Euros and they only tell you at the end when you check out. Terrible customer service. Not to mention: 1. At checkin they told us we have half-board, but we were only bed and breakfast. They gave us the wrong bracelets, we called reception to confirm we are only bed and breakfast and they said yes. Then one night we went to their restaurant for dinner, the waiter asked us if we are half board or bed and breakfast, to which I respondes bed and breakfast. In 5 minutes the reception called us and said we need to come after lunch for some urgent information...which was about the wrong color of the bracelet...all so much hassle because they don't have a clue what they are doing and in 2026 everything is still done here with pen and paper. 2. The safe in the room was already closed when we checked in. I called to ask someone to come and check. They came in like 20 minutes and said that they need to go back and check if they have anything to open it...we waited 30 plus more minutes and had to call them myself and they told me they can't do anything about it. We lost over 1 hour in our first day for nothing. Mentioned this at check out, but they didn't care 3. Room cleaning didn't even fill in shampoo, had to call to do that which they sent someone in like 1 hour. 4. Ants everywhere. 5. There was constant noise coming from the bathroom

En general todo estupendo y más si vas con niños, que es un paraíso para ellos.

Lo único malo (aunque se avisa al reservar), es que hay habitaciones que están demasiado alejadas tanto de la zona del desayuno como de la piscina / playa. Pero como digo, un mal menor, que además se avisa en todo momento
