El hotel es bonito, las instalaciones tienen buen mantenimiento y está bien ubicado. El personal es muy amable y servicial, la comida del restaurante es muy buena.

La habitación olía a humedad, no había agua caliente en la ducha/tina, solo en el lavatorio. Las veces que intenté usar la tina terminada llena de agua tibia - fria, le indiqué al personal que requería ayuda y no hicieron mayor cosa, por lo tanto, no recomiendo las habitaciones con tina y tampoco esperes darte una ducha caliente despúes de un día agotador.

Hard to say

Too overpriced for what they offer First we asked for an airport transfer in which we did not get when we arrived to the airport yet we were still forced to pay! Front desk guy was nice and tried to reason which was appreciated not his fault that the hotel has its ridiculous policies Once we got there the room was dirty and extremely hot even with the AC turned on hours later Tried to go to the pool and it was filthy We might as well have gotten an airbnb that was much cheaper and nicer in the city area
