Bed linen and towels are provided. Final cleaning is not included at an extra cost of 45 up to 65€ except kitchenette, dishes and trash. A baby cot is available on request at EUR 10 extra fee per stay. A high chair is also available on site at an extra cost of EUR 10 per stay. A baby bath is available at a EUR 5 extra charge per stay. Please note that 2 pets maximum per cottage will be accepted at an extra cost of 8€ per night. First and second categories dogs are not accepted. The customer must notify in advance any arrival outside reception opening hours. Early check-in from 13:00 and late check-out until 13:00 are available on request outside July and August for a EUR 19 extra fee, each. An additional cleaning deposit at the rate of the final cleaning service per type of accommodations is required. Upon departure, a cleanliness check is carried out before the deposit is returned. Fees may apply depending on the condition of the accommodations. The swimming pool is heated. Preferential rates for residents for access to the Thermal Center located at 2297 feet.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. La piscine (que nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tester) a l’air agréable. Et surtout, la réceptionniste s’est montrée très professionnelle, avenante, à l’écoute et à disposition pour trouver des solutions.

Le logement que nous avons eu n’était pas celui indiqué au moment de la réservation. Wi-Fi payant, conditions strictes avant de quitter l’appartement (comme le fait de devoir vider soi-même le sac-poubelle dans le vide-ordure situé au rez-de-chaussée). Ce qui n’est pas grave en soi, mais difficilement compréhensible compte tenu du niveau de confort global du logement : pas de savon dans la salle de bain, chambre exiguë dans un appartement prévu pour six, matelas très peu confortable et taches douteuses sur les draps. Pour résumer, la qualité de la prestation ne justifie clairement pas le prix du séjour.

Appartement spacieux, confortable, propre, bien équipé. Un endroit idéal pour se détendre. Le seul inconvénient majeur est l'ascenseur en panne. Cela représentait une énorme difficulté pour nous, personnes âgées aux capacités physiques limitées. Il faut souligner que l'efficacité et la gentillesse de Mme Anna à la réception nous ont beaucoup aidés pour le transport des bagages. Bravo, bravo, bravo.

Le seul inconvénient majeur est l'ascenseur en panne. Cela représentait une énorme difficulté pour nous, personnes âgées aux capacités physiques limitées.

Proche des thermes

Ascenseur en panne tout le long du séjour. Résidence bruyante surtout le soir. Plus d'aspirateur disponible le jour du départ (nous sommes partis un jeudi matin). Piscine très petite par rapport au nombre de résidents.

Cet établissement ne devrait pas s’appeler hôtel car le service d’hôtel n’existe pas Jamais vu un établissement où on doit faire son lit en arrivant Un établissement où il n’y a même pas une savonnette pour se laver les mains en arrivant. Pas de produits pour la douche qui n’en est pas une Heureusement que nous sommes arrivés dans l’après-midi Sinon comment aurions-nous pu nous laver ? Encore une baignoire☹️ Pourquoi les baignoires sont elles encore présentes dans les établissements hôteliers ? Pas de volet et donc de possibilité d’avoir une obscurité totale
