The room was very small, and the bathroom, especially the shower and curtains was not clean and showed signs of mold. The bed was also uncomfortable.

It was only bread & cereal, canned fruit etc that was to be left in the fridge . $15. It was only a 15 min walk to get an excellent cooked cafe breakfast .

No insect screens on windows. Had close them and run ac.

Great location, walking distance to central Nelson and lots of restaurants. Friendly owner, who was very helpful with our requests and very welcoming. Comfy beds.

The bathroom in the presidential suite is a little old and tired looking. Functional but not tidy. We stayed another night in one of the upstairs twin rooms and this bathroom seemed much cleaner and in a newer condition.

Even though we arrived in Nelson quite late, they came out as soon as we contacted them and kindly helped us check in. There is a small table outside where you can sit and enjoy a simple coffee in the morning. A very suitable place for both travelers and people visiting for work.

Could have put milk in fridge as many places do, needs bigger beds!!! Does not look like pictures tired
