Great property close to all amenities very comfortable

Would have preferred a walk in shower instead of a shower bath

Great place to stay, a short drive be to city or a comfortable walk. Would be happy to stay here again when visiting Nelson.

The owner was very helpful and friendly, the room was very comfortable and clean with a well equipped, bathroom very good. A very convenient and quiet location. They have an ev charger, for payment of only $10

The heat pump was noisy at night turning on and off. (maybe needs service) Although there was a hot plate, there was no extractor fan but a notice to say you could be charged for excessive food smells .. makes any cooking difficult.

The location was great. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.

I had the grandchildren visit, had I known I would be on the second floor I would have opted for one on the ground floor. Nothing to do with the hotel. I liked everything.

Loads packed in to a small space, but very roomy bathroom and everything we needed in the kitchenette.. Handy walk in to town and theatre up the road .

An extra chair would have been nice.. while I understand it is an "accessible" room, admittedly I never thought to ask. Could do with a slightly longer shower curtain as the whole bathroom floor got very wet.
