Everything ! It was good location to town and very clean

Locality

You could hear the arguments at night. People in the room next to you every word they said.

The room was large and included a small lounge and dining area as well as a kitchenette . There was a laundry on site and the owner was very friendly and willing to answer any questions we had regarding tourist activities and eateries. The property was well maintained , clean and tidy and guests were given complimentary fudge on arrival - a nice touch! Several of the rooms have been updated with new carpet, painting , bathrooms and kitchenettes.

The hotel is quite a distance out of town bordering an industrial area. It was a long walk into town to access local restaurants and shops.

Facilities were clean and well maintained. Russell was helpful and obliging.

The room was very comfortable and clean and had ample facilities. Staff were very helpful and courteous. All in all it was the best motel that I have stayed in ( in both this and a past visit to New Zealand). In addition the motel was well situated for easy access to the city and its varied restaurants. I would thoroughly recommend it.
