Staff was amazing and helpful with everything when we requested something. Location and views from the terrace are top notch. Breakfast if pretty good and rooms are decent - covering the baseline very well but nothing fancier than that and it was perfect for us.

The "kids" room had the table football game and it reeked of cigarettes when we arrived. The door stayed open 24 hours so on the second day, it was beginning to be bearable. However, on the 3rd day it was the worst. Allowing someone to smoke in the kids room repeatedly to the point where I can't even stand for a minute in the room is just beyond me, I don't know how one messes this one up. I think the bean bags had soaked the reek so it couldn't be gotten rid of. The balls for the table football were held at reception for some reason, meaning that you can only play when there is someone at reception. So if you didn't ask for a ball during the day, forget playing in the evening. We had a ball and then cleaning service took it from our room, we went back in the evening and couldn't play. And that was a pretty important part of choosing the property as we saw they have that game on the photos.

Wir haben die Aqua-Suite gebucht, die sehr liebevoll und modern ausgestattet war. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und das Pool-Restaurant mit Bergpanorama atemberaubend schön! Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ideal und lädt zum Erkunden des Gardasees ein! Die Massage ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Wir kommen garantiert wieder! :)

Prachtige locatie, geweldig ontbijt,mooie junior suite, zwembad uit een sprookjesboek. Tot volgend jaar!!!

Alles was nicht mit dem Zimmer zu tun hat, ist wirklich bemerkenswert gut! Am Empfang wird Englisch und sogar gutes Deutsch gesprochen. Sehr freundlich, das gesamte Personal. Ein wirklich großartiges Frühstück, was kaum Wünsche übrig lässt. Große Auswahl und lecker. Dazu verfügt das Hotel über einen Zugang zu einem Infinitypool mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Wir hatten das Zimmer zur Straße raus. Was auf der einen Seite einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Gardasee ermöglichte, allerdings ist es dadurch auch recht laut. Vor allem die Motorradfahrer nerven gerne schon recht früh. Insgesamt war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Die Ausstattung war rudimentär. Bis auf einen Kühlschrank alles da, aber mehr auch nicht.
