Old building but roomy with lots of windows with great views. Great location.

Location, views. Space. We had a 3 brm and load the extra smaller balcony off the main brm overlooking the town side as well as as the lager sea view balcony off the living area.

Lovely comfortable accommodation. Handy to the beach & town centre. Great heated pool & free underground car park. All the mod cons with in the apartment as you would expect.

It would be nice to have a King bed in the apartment as opposed to a large standard bed.

The location is exceptional. We have stayed at Majorca many times

The room we were assigned is feeling very old and in need of renovation - furniture and fixtures as well as paintwork and appliances seem very dated and worn

No breakfast available in hotel.

Spa to be a little warmer. No AC in bedroom, but fan was good.

We booked a one bedroom u it with a good m2 - however it was a two bedroom u it with one door locked(which is fine) however the facility person also locked the main toilet/bathroom door and placed a card on the door that said we never paid for a second bathroom- which is absolute rubbish. We paid for a one bedroom unit with a main shower and toilet. What we ended up with was a one bedroom unit and ensuite, that had a shower recess internal of 600mm x 600mm which was terrible and a toilet that had no door separating the wardrobe. Which meant that everytime you use the toilet for a number 2 the smell was right in with the clothes in the cupboard. Now I’m not sure who thinks this is acceptable because there is no separation and the door had totally been removed because the ensuite is so small it ridiculous. I would really expect to have one nights accomodation returned because if I wanted a hostel I would have booked one. There is a clear distain for booking .com in their messages and the manager clearly advised twice no one on site all weekend. We also had no face washers and two small bottles of soap for two adults to have 5 showers each - I will never be back or recommend this place after those two days. Terrible two days , who takes a number 2 in a cupboard and then calls it a main bathroom, you need to really have a good think about your hygiene.

Friendly helpful staff, room was ready earlier than expected, short walk to shops, beach and club.

I wish I was staying longer !!
