J’ai tout aimé juste que la langue c’était un peu compliqué comme je parle le néerlandais mais sinon ils étaient gentils à l’accueil

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received on the night of 11 May. The receptionist on duty displayed behaviour that was completely unacceptable — rude, arrogant, dismissive, and entirely unwilling to help. We have stayed at Van der Valk hotels across Belgium for years and have always appreciated the high standard of service your brand is known for. Unfortunately, this location — and specifically this staff member — fell shockingly below those standards. The conduct we experienced was not only unprofessional but disrespectful. It left us feeling unwelcome and undervalued as guests. Because of this incident, we will not be booking at this hotel again, and we will be reconsidering our loyalty to this branch altogether.
