Camera molto pulita ma fredda in quanto il riscaldamento era spento. Comodo il parcheggio auto a fianco dell'hotel.

The room was perfectly adequate if a little dated in its decor. The bed was a small double, which if you're not used to feels a bit small, but it had a very comfortable mattress. Though the hotel is situated on a busy main road the traffic calmed down in the evening. We were in a room at a back and it was very quiet overnight. The breakfast was simple, baguette, croissant, homemade jam, a little piece of excellent local cheese, good coffee. Monsieur served us throughout our stay with friendly charm. You can easily walk up from the hotel into the pretty old town above and explore the little streets and old ramparts.

If you would like a cheerful, social atmosphere of an evening then it is best to go out as we did though this night may not have been representative. Not far to go to restaurants and bars elsewhere (there was no hint of the hotel's own bar and restaurant being open that evening).

Good value for money. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast available.

The hotel is such a welcome surprise. Lovely and clean and a really welcoming gentleman checked us in. Very convenient distance from the autoroute for an overnight stay. Would definitely stay again!

Bed uncomfortable

A very interesting hotel with its own vibes. When I saw photos I thought it would be not the best place to stay. But I was wrong: I liked it. Yes, the furniture is old-fashioned. But it's quite comfortable, and the town is true magic. Air conditioner and car parking are present as described.

A small fridge could be present.
