Amazing from go to whoa, there attitude towards accommodating my pet was exceptional will return again.

They should have charged me for the lost key but they didn't take my money.

Ocean across the road. Good for walks.

It was advertised, ocean view. There was hardly any view. Very unhappy about the false advertising as you pay more.

The bath tub was nice

I specifically looked for a place with a 24hour reception service, this place said it is 24hour reception. In reality both when we arrived (21:00)and left (08:50)we needed to look around for personnel. Also the bathroom ceiling was moldy.

"A fair stay with friendly service, but the facilities need improvement."

The hospitality by the staff, accessibility, and ease of check-in and check-out. In case you are a late arrival, a key pick-up form from the drop box is available.

Shower water pressure is pathetic. The ventilation inside the bathroom is not up to par. There was no dining table. The only table you have is outdoors, and you can't use it at night or when the weather is not favourable for outdoor use. The infrastructure has aged and requires improvements.

Great location. Warm welcome on arrival and very helpful staff. Nice quiet spacious room with super comfy bed and pillows. Excellent facilities in room. Truly excellent value.
