La situation face à l’hôtel de ville est magique L’appartement du 3 eme étage est tres vaste

Équipement à revoir 2 postes de Tv aucun ne fonctionnait La salle de bain est rudimentaire Pas de climatisation il faisait 25 dans l’appartement

Het bed van het hotel bleek te krioelen met bedwantsen. De beestjes zaten overal, en waren ons en onze peuter aan het bijten. Als je dit meeneemt naar huis in je bagage heb je gigantische problemen thuis!!! We zijn om 2330 weggevlucht met ons kindje van anderhalf en hebben gelukkig nog een hotel gevonden. De eigenaar beloofde een terugbetaling en dit raakt, ook na communicatie met Booking, niet in orde.

Ubicación inmejorable! Buena atención de las personas que trabajan en el restaurante. Muy dispuestos.

OK, yes are some pretty dodgy reviews of this place and it’s certainly not the last word in luxury. But……. we’d booked the cheapest room (very reasonably priced) but ended up in ‘room’ 4, which it turns out is a huge duplex apartment on the top floor with kitchen, two bedrooms, roll top bath and a rooftop terrace. The B&B is right in the centre of the city. It’s clean, everything works it’s got bags of character.

THERE IS NO ON-SITE PARKING, despite what the hotel's website says. You must park in a public parking garage and walk in. Large rooms located above a cafe right over the town square. It's not quiet, given the location, but it is convenient.

So much character. It was lovely and clean and had some little extras with it. Stunning location and lovely roof terrace. Staff in the restaurant were excellent.

Our accommodation was very spacious but needed some upkeep. It was very good value.

I stayed one night in beautiful Brugge and had a truly lovely experience. Check-in was smooth and early, with a warm welcome from the friendly staff and Alan, the wonderful manager. I was offered a welcome drink, which was a nice touch. My room on level 2 had a charming La Bohème vibe—and the view over the Markt was absolutely priceless, like a million-euro postcard! The morning check-out was just as pleasant, complete with a complimentary cappuccino. Highly recommend this gem in the heart of Brugge!
