I would expect a hotel of this level and the one that belongs to Marriott chains to offer some amenities to their guests such as cotton pads, slippers, maybe bathroom robes

"Disappointing customer service"

I was charged no show fee because I arrived later than indicated on the reservation due to delayed flight + even after I had sent a message that I will be late. I was supposed to arrive around 23h on 30.12. and checked in around 3AM on 31.12.
