181 The Esplanade

The cleanliness and the spaciousness of the apartment.The position was fantastic.

The location was excellent in terms of close proximity to the CBD of Cairns and The Esplanade restaurants etc. We had an apartment with a sea view which was also excellent. The apartment was spacious and had all necessary amenities.

The outdoor spa next to the pool was not working. The jacuzzi in the main bedroom ensuite did not work (this was disappointing - we could have been told about this before booking in). Fortunate to have a washing machine and dryer but the dryer did not work (not such a problem though). Small cockroaches at night were a bit of a nuisance.

Great location, good sized rooms, had everything we needed and had great views of the esplanade.

Great location and very accessible.

The unit was furnished with old and worn out items. Also all the cupboards and kitchen accessories had an aged smell.

Good location right on Esplanade. A bit of a walk to restaurants but easy to do. Unit was roomy. Well equipped kitchen. clean , comfy

A few more sachets of dishwasher powder. Two not enough for a seven night stay. Minute problem!

Great View, close to Park and a number of cafes.

The Unit could have done with a clothes rack being supplied to dry washing in the unit. The two singles made up as a double were not fastened together, hence slipping apart. And when the sheets were changed halfway through stay, in the room where the singles were placed together as a double, the bed made up as two singles, although placed together, and one with the bottom sheet short of the end of the mattress. This was not satisfactory.
