Hotel Prestige

Staff was friendly. Room size OK. Temperature fine, windows fine. Breakfast was OK.

Many small things. I list them so that people are informed. There was no small light by the bed. Towels were literally dirty, three of them. Staff changed them on request but it was very uncomfortable to arrive like this. Sometimes bread felt old for breakfast. Maybe just cheap quality. Sometimes there was no water for breakfast. Coffee machine is Nespresso only, tastes worse than normal coffee. Wifi was working but small bandwidth. No elevator. It was fine for me, but could be an issue to other people.

generous breakfast. quiet room away from main road, so it was really quiet, helping me to sleep :). a roomy courtyard where one can relax in the open air.

La cama era cómoda.

Hotel sin mantenimiento, nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque no funcionaba ni aire acondicionado, ni el secador de pelo. En la nueva habitación cortinas que no se podian abrir, puerta de la ducha que no se podia cerrar, papel pared despegado, luces que no funcionaban , wc que se movia. No limpiaron la habitación de un dia a otro. Desayuno muy sencillo. Decepcionante la experiencia.

Convenient location, nice breakfast, reasonable room. Very helpful staff, immediately responding to any requests.

Aircon didn't work and on top floor it got very hot (the fan could only do so much). Disrupted nights by noisy people on the same floor.

Υπήρχε η αίσθηση της ακαταστασίας και έξω από τα παράθυρα στον ακάλυπτο υπήρχαν πολλά σκουπίδια και αποτσίγαρα Επίσης η γειτονιά ήταν κακόφημη και επικίνδυνη για το βράδυ

L’emplacement à 5 minutes du métro ‘’Botanique’’ et à 20 minutes à pied du centre ville. Le jet de la douche. La literie.

Pas d’ascenseur - La TV sans chaîne nationale (RTBF entre autre). Quelques signes de dégradation (dans la salle de bain et prise dans la chambre).La climatisation non opérationnelle.

Las areas comunes no son muy organizadas.

The location was a decent walk from the city center.

We had begbugs in our room which significantly impacted our stay. Even though we got a different room, the situation kept haunting our thoughts. When leaving a day earlier than planned, the reaction was a sinple "ok" and that was it.

Nice personnel, good breakfast, clean room, easy to reach public transport
