Château Liblice

Der Aufenthalt im Schloss war ein besonderes Erlebnis mit viel Charme und Geschichte. Ich habe in einem alten, umgebauten Pferdestall übernachtet. Die Zimmer waren schlicht und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ohne großen Luxus, aber ausreichend für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage, was an heißen Tagen etwas unangenehm sein könnte, doch die hohen Fenster sorgten für eine gute Luftzirkulation. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war vorhanden, aber nicht spektakulär. Das Frühstück fand im Schloss selbst statt und war ein echtes Highlight. Das Buffet bot eine gute Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen, die keine Wünsche offenließen. Besonders schön war der Blick in den Schlossgarten, der das morgendliche Essen zu einem entspannten Erlebnis machte. Insgesamt ein Aufenthalt mit historischem Flair und ruhiger Umgebung, ideal für eine kurze Auszeit, auch wenn der Komfort in den Zimmern etwas einfacher ausfiel.

Very hard to reach with a bycicle. Is located in a village on a motorway.

Amazing old style hotel, excellent location near Prague and only a few km from the highway. They fullfilled our special requests related to our dog and took very good care of us. Very nice breakfast too.

It would be nice if the hotel had a pool and if sauna was working, that would complement our stay since it was a hot summer day

The chateau looks nice from the outside. From the inside I can’t tell as we were not allowed to enter the main rooms (dining room, lobby bar,etc). The staff at the restaurant was nice but

The stay was very dissatisfying. They had a wedding celebration which meant all other guests were NOT allowed to enter the main restaurant, lobby bar nor terrace. The staff missed to inform us about it otherwise we would have cancelled our stay as there isn’t much more to the chateau then the mentioned facilities that we were not allowed to enter due to the wedding. The staff also missed to inform us about the fact that you have to book a massage 24hours prior to your stay, which was disappointing when we arrived. The room in the building next to the main chateau was at a 3 star hotel interior level with no air conditioning - they literally gave us a 10€ plastic fan to circulate air in the room which for over 100€ per night really isn’t acceptable. The worst was the reaction of front desk staff when confronted with the situation - they were not apologetic about it at all and only when asking for the Director and a discount they allowed us a fairly small reduction of the price. Overall really disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend going there.

A lovely spot to unwind

the breakfast was good, there were many choices, the only issue was that the breakfast was the same each day so if you came for a while to this hotel be ready to eat the same. i want to say a big thankyou to Lucy and Miroslav for handling us and our issues. the view of the hotel is pretty so whoever likes peaceful places id recommend this place, however the civilization is quit far like supermarkets, shops etc so you will need transportation.

the hotel is made with one main building and two other on the sides so youre not spesifically staying in the castle itself. the view through the hotel is beautiful. we were given one room of those side buildings , the room itself was beautiful but the room was suffecating as if the windows were never open, there was an old smell of rugs and furnutires, the hotel itself doesnt have ac anywhere. we didnt want to risk and open the window since at the entry we saw a lot of bugs. in the room itself there were spiders and webs because of that we asked to change room and from that we changed twice again rooms. one of them had the same smell issue and the other the ventilation didnt work in the bathroom. eventually we recieved a fancy room.

Wow… as simple as that! An amazing Chateau that lets you live like if you were in a different moment in history. An amazing get away from day to day life.
