M'AR De AR Aqueduto

Genericamente gostamos de tudo. Esta experiência já foi a segunda neste Hotel e daqui levamos na bagagem sempre uma experiência muito positiva e a repetir.

As a Detector of the Accor AisiaPacific Group (2600 hotels) I see things that perhaps others do not! Your Manager Housekeeping needs to urgently be replaced. The staff are ill trained and speak little english ( understandable) . There were daily various omissions , no towels, no Kleenex, no bath soap, no sugar etc etc. This is not necessarily the fault of the staff but the way the Manager Housekeeping has trained them. This needs to be urgently rectified!!

On arrival the staff were most helpful in getting us settled both in the garage for our rental car and into our room after the check in.

There is nothing that comes to mind...

Great location, food at breakfast and the tasting menu was very good, and the outdoor pool area was nice.

The entire property is past its prime — the showers were grotty and grim while the Turkish bath shouldn’t even be opened with 10% of tiles missing from the walls and ceilings and black mould growing in place. The mattresses were ancient and offered no support— in fact, they were indented from the 100s of people who had slept there before. Rooms on the “zero” floor smelled musty and sewage-y and it was impossible to open a window, but the curtains stayed permanently partially open as a good portion of hooks were off the rung.

Great, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good

Maybe a bit expensive but not bad
