"Far worst four star hotel I’ve ever visited."

Only thing ok is location.

Our room had really unpleasant smell, like stale urine. It was dirty and poor state of repair. My kid said it smells like Ganga’s house (elephant in Ljubljana zoo). Definitely poor choice if you are going just to sleep one night. Also there was cigarette ash on the ground, in non-smoking room.

Pri zajtrku sem pogresala vecjo izbiro svezega sadja: melona, lubenica, grenivka, pomaranca, ki bi lahko bilo narezano. Sicer pa je bilo ok. Osebje je bilo prijazno in ustrezljivo

V knjigi o predstavitvi, hisnem redu in informacijah imate napisano, da je zajtrk od 7.00-11 00 ure, kar je napacno. Tako sem sama zamudila zajtrk prvi dan, ker sem prisla ob 10.10 v jedilnico.Moram pa v tem primeru pohvaliti vasega dodelavca, ker mi je vseeno prinesel kavo, juice in brios.
