When booking 4 or more rooms bookings will be subject to the following terms and conditions: - The property will require a 100% non-refundable deposit 8 weeks prior to arrival, with the option to cancel up to 3 rooms until 14 days before your arrival date. The hotel will contact the booker to advise of the full T&C's for group bookings and to request the deposit amount. Non-payment of the requested deposit will mean the hotel will cancel the booking for all rooms. - Free cancellation ends 8 weeks prior to check in. - Rooming list, estimated time of arrival and breakfast times (including dietary requirements) should be provided to the property 1 week before arrival. For any further information regarding group bookings, the guest should contact the property directly.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Very clean and well maintained hotel.

Location could be better although it is only 15min walk to centre. Surrounding area a little dated

"Goed uitgangspunt om Belfast te verkennen"

-Een fantastische ontbijt keuze menu. Dat ben ik deze vakantie nog nergens tegen gekomen. Van traditioneel Irish, via omelet naar poached eggs.

, De airco in mijn kamer maakte veel lawaai en moest worden dichtgedraaid want bediening wordt centraal geregeld. Daardoor was het in de kamer warm. Voor dit jaargetijde ok. Men gaat er wat aan doen

"Gute Unterkunft für Erkundung der Umgebung"

Lage ca. 15 Minuten zu fuss von der Innenstadt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Besonders freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Wir würden wieder dort übernachten.

Parkplätze sehr eng und ab 16 Uhr alles voll. Mussten an der Straße parken. Dort war aber genügend Platz. Hatten Zimmer zur Straße. Abends von der Strasse her etwas laut durch Personen. Morgens ab 6 Uhr lkw Anlieferung und Müllwagen. War aber alles noch im Rahmen.

"Unexpected luxury on a short break"

The property is well cared for, and the staff (James and Kirsty, as well as the breakfast staff) were so friendly and helpful. No request was too much. I would definitely go back there if we visit Belfast again.

I was initially a bit taken aback by the neighbourhood, but I soon overcame this as it actually was fun and safe.
