Please note that prices for cots and extra beds are not included in the total price, and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. When booking 4 or more rooms bookings will be subject to the following terms and conditions: - The property will require a 100% non-refundable deposit 8 weeks prior to arrival, with the option to cancel up to 3 rooms until 14 days before your arrival date. The hotel will contact the booker to advise of the full T&C's for group bookings and to request the deposit amount. Non-payment of the requested deposit will mean the hotel will cancel the booking for all rooms. - Free cancellation ends 8 weeks prior to check in. - Rooming list, estimated time of arrival and breakfast times (including dietary requirements) should be provided to the property 1 week before arrival. For any further information regarding group bookings, the guest should contact the property directly.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
