Camerele sunt ok,sunt spatioase,hotelul frumos

Sala de mese dacă era în România era închisă și data la știri.Mesele sunt foarte murdare,au suprafețe nelavabile Mâncarea, sa mi fie cu iertare,dar multe din alimentele servite sunt foarte proaste calitativ Curățenia lasă de dorit Personalul foarte neprietenos

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. The room was not properly cleaned (stains on the windows and mirror, dirt under the beds). The pool bar had only one staff member, long queues, and very poor-quality drinks. The food was repetitive, canteen-style, with salty sauces and no variety. In 5 days I didn’t get a proper steak. Desserts and meat portions were controlled by staff, and at the restaurant entrance your beach bag is taken away. On the last day, both my child and I had stomach issues. The overall experience felt cheap and disappointing. We even had to buy drinks from the hotel shop because the ones included were undrinkable. Parking was 100€ for 5 days. The “luxury” look of the hotel does not make up for the poor food, drinks, and cleanliness. I do not recommend this hotel.
