"Супер"

Отличный отель на первой береговой линии в центре. Очень порадовало шампанское на завтрак. И это в понедельник. Хорошая цена на номера.

"Exceptional"

Один из лучших отелей Сочи. Отношение персонала на высшую оценку. Любую просьбу тут же исполняли, очень человечные и большие професстоналы своего дела! Уборка на высоте, бельё меняли каждые 2 дня. Питание тоже на высоте. Море рядом, пляж чистый. Единственный минус отсутствие шумоизоляции в номерах. Стены "картонные". Нам повезло, возле нас только 2 дня жили соседи. Слышимость, как будто в одном номере. Спасибо за чудесный отдых, вернёмся к вам обязательно!

"To old and to loud "

Old hotel, with terrible beds and very loud music till 3 am in the restaurant under hotel ( restaurant belongs to the hotel). Beds in a such terrible condition that it was better to sleep on the floor. Air condition old, loud and does not work temperature in the room is stable. Bathroom in a good condition and very clean, with shampoo and gel. There are no slippers or bathrobes in the room. To many people on the lift with no lane and social distance. Good breakfast but after terrible night you would not enjoy it.

Отличный отель, отзывчивые сотрудники отеля, прекрасное расположение. Завтрак разнообразный. Пляж в 100 метрах от отеля. Обязателбно вернемся снова. Спасибо!

"Неоправданные ожидания "

В целом - впечатление нормальное, но есть несколько важных претензий! Поразило несоответствие рекламных фото номеров отеля и нашего номера. Да, номер - стандарт, но и отель 4 звёзды! Неукомплектованность номера мебелью, не предупредили об отсутствии балкона, приходилось постоянно напоминать о туалетных принадлежностях , плохо убирался туалет. Завтрак для уровня отеля был однообразным и скудным, за 4 дня пребывания меню не менялось. Но расположение, близость к морю, вежливый персонал на рецепшене скрасили общее впечатление.

Супер расположение! подобные отели / апартаменты в этом месте стоят гораздо больших денег Отличные завтраки / ужины - рекомендую брать полупансион (точно отобьёте!!)

Номер был немного потрёпан. Шведский стол был хороший и недорогой. На завтрак было даже шампанское. Были на 23 февраля.
