L’accueil bienveillant du jeune homme travaillant le jour de notre arrivée. Comme nous partions avant l’ouverure du petit déjeuner, il nous a proposé de nous faire des sacs à emporter, merci c’est vraiment gentil. Lits confortables

L’état du couloir, sale au sol, portes abîmées, propreté juste ce qu’il faut niveau salle de bain,.

Proche de l aéroport Et c est tout!

La climatisation en panne en période de canicule, aucun mail pour nous en informer et nous permettre ainsi de prendre des dispositions, aucun mot d excuse du type :" veuillez nous en excuser " ou " nous sommes désolés".... aucun geste commercial et cerise sur le gâteau comportement condescendant voire méprisant et insultant d un employé à l accueil. Mise à disposition d un ventilateur bruyant, La prise ( unique) dans la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas. Dois en je rajouter.
