Food

We were charged for Super Deluxe room and allotted a Ordinary Deluxe room. Maintenance was not upto the mark. AC was not working. Room change request was accepted but that was even smaller. Not happy with Booking.com too. You asked us for extra charges for upgradation of room. Worst experience. I know the owner of the property personally. Will surely take this issue forward.

The hotel is too old to have a 3 star ambience at the reception only.

ROOMS ARE NOT AT ALL CLEANED. NO BASIC SANITARY PROVIDED. FRIDGE IS NOT PROVIDED. BED IS BROKEN. HAD THE LAST GUESTS LEFT OVER FOOD BENEATH THE BED. RATES OF ALCOHOL AND FOOD ARE TOO HIGH. DO NOT FORGET THEY ARE A VEG RESTAURANT
