Apartamentos Villa Canaima

Everything was fantastic. Ali in the pool bar was so so good at his job and very friendly.water filter in the apartment was very handy.The maids were also very friendly and great at their job too.reception were very facilitating and we were able to hold onto our apartment till evening time because we had a late flight.We have already booked our next holiday there!

We have stayed here on numerous occasions and never have issues. Always enjoy our stay. Just a bit of advice regarding taxis. Even though there is a taxi rank close by. No taxis are there in the evening. This is just down to being so busy. However, reception will book you a taxi. Handy to have the taxi number in your phone. Short walk to the beach and supermarket.

Lovely little complex, nice and relaxed atmosphere. No rush at 7am to try to get a bed by the pool, noone reserved them at all and there were always some free which was great. Pool bar man was very friendly and served a good range of food and drinks. Reception staff very easy to contact, quick to reply to any queries and very helpful. The apartment was fab - great air con, comfy beds, all the usual kitchen equipment you might need, hot showers and a lovely little private table and chairs outside each apartment. We got fresh towels twice in the week and the room was cleaned three times. Location was excellent, about 5min walk to the beach and to Matagorda central square. 35min walk to Puerto del Carmen or you could get a taxi. Airport is 10min taxi away.

It would have been nice to get a change of bedsheets once in the week but this is only a minor thing.

Very nice location, Very clean with a lovely area at the pool, refreshments were available at the friendly bar.
