"Practically perfect in every way (and except the weather)"

We were made to feel welcome and at home from the very first moment we arrived. Alton went out of his way to help with parking. Our rooms were comfortable and clean. Little extras in the bathroom an added bonus. We will definitely book again.

As with many traditional boarding houses there is no lift.

The service was impeccable, the rooms were very clean. The owner even saved a car parking space for us which helped massively. We would stay again as it was also in a prime location. Great value and service!

Me and my Son absolutely loved our stay here. Alton made us feel very welcome and explained everything we needed to know. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and we felt extremely safe. The breakfast was delicious, prepared fresh to order and plenty of extras, such as cereal, fruit etc. Great location for our visits to the Waterpark and Pleasure Beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be returning very soon.
