Résidence premium Les Fermes du Soleil - Les Carroz-d'Arâche

Résidence pleine de charme, très bien située, attention toutefois à ne pas trop attendre avant d'entreprendre les travaux de rénovation qui s'imposent (quelques traces de vieillissement qu'il serait bon de gommer, literie en fin de vie...).

For a 4-star accommodation I would expect a little bit more. During check-in very little information was given. Unfortunately the glasses were dirty (lipstick on edges), though the rest of the apartment was tidy and in order. When we tried to use the hoover it had terrible smell, so we had to give up. Basic internet is slow and needs registration frequently. Next time with the gained knowledge we could enjoy the place better, though with little kindness and more helpful staff this could be avoided. Good location, nice small mountain resort, ideal for families with kids - lots of good ski slopes, wide variety of other activities (skating, sledge slope, nice pool).

We booked the hotel based on three key factors in the advert. 1. Premium Residence - Not in our opinion, more Average Residence 2. 4 star - More 3 star 3. Ski in/Ski out - Not the case, it's in the middle of town and reliant on the bus system, disappointing. Premium price for an average hotel.

Our second time in les carroz. Better than I remembered with nice long runs and with easy access to flane, morillon and samoens. Will definitely go back to explore more. Nice little town with some lovely restaurants. Probably a bit quiet for teenagers but great for families. Sadly though, as you tend to get it in France English idiots with no piste sense or etiquette. Went at easter and was very quiet.

Agréable séjour en famille....appartement très confortable, propre.L'accès a la piscine est un plus non négligeable !!

Lovely place in a great location the appartmnets had really nice furnishings, the Ski Bus stops right outside and takes only a few minutes to reach the Gondola. The Spa and pool were just as in the pictures and were just what was needed after skiing all day. Would definately stay again

sejour tres agreable en famille accueil et appartement tres agreable piscine tres bien avec les enfants car l'eau est tres chaud bonne situation dans la station proche du centre
