Albert and Victoria Hotel

Great value, and a really nice view, and a really comfortable bed.

The chairs were a little uncomfortable, but thats not too much of a problme

Room was dull we stayed on ground floor Window s leading onto what looked like a lean to /corridor kind of galley.. Probs should’ve asked for a different room where we could at least look out of the window onto the prom

I liked the size of the room.

The shower is small. Did not see any staff member apart from a lady that chapped the door, but couldn't empty the bin after 2 days. There was no view whatsoever just a dirty yard.

The staff were fabulous nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was fabulous

The room was outdated no mirror. The bed linen was clean there were stains all over the false ceiling obviously had a leak and patched up but not very well curtains were I’ll fitted. No back on the tv remote and was filthy. Generally needs a good over haul the wallpaper was peeling. And I don’t want to know what happened behind the radiator☹️

It would have been nice to be offered breakfast. There appeared to be facilities but no mention of it so we had to go out to find our own.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The photos shown on Booking.com did not accurately represent the actual accommodation. The room and facilities were significantly different from what was advertised, which made me feel misled when making the booking. Had the real condition of the property been shown, I would not have chosen this accommodation. I believe the listing gives a false impression to potential guests. I hope Booking.com reviews this property carefully to ensure that future guests receive accurate information before making a reservation. Overall, my experience did not match what was promised in the advertisement, and I would not recommend this accommodation.
