Trading on the vegetarian/no alcohol label they have forgotten about the basics of a good hotel. There is only an expensive buffet for dinner. The food was overcooked, gloopy and lacked spice to the point of being bland. Walls between chalets were thin.

I can understand this hotel has good reviews as location is great but the drawback is the staff. We went there for check in and the reception woman asked is we have any reservation. I replied yes, she said immediately NO in an unhappy voice and going back to do something without asking our name. After I saw one man playing with the computer and ask him at least to check our reservation, he said NO and went back to his computer, so no-one cared about us and we had to leave. So even if the environment is good the staff of this hotel is so unfriendly and so impolite that I recommend to find another place. Do not waste your money with this kind of people.

Sparsa Resorts right across the temple complex is literally an oasis in the midst of a very busy pilgrimage city. Surrounded by lush green vegetation, well tended, each room is spacious and offers a space for meditation. The excellent food is all vegetarian (no alcohol) is perfect to heal the body. A perfect place to wide down after visiting the magnificent temple, Ramasram and other sites.

Is quite and nice place to rest. The have massage and clay making. Friend and helpful staff. Will go back again.

My husband and I have been coming here for the last 5 years . This last visit we were disappointed with the room, cleanliness, bathroom got flooded. Reception staff not as welcoming as the previous years. Restaurant service only buffet though a courteous waiter accommodated us for a light tiffin for dinner.

A very nice place for a calm and serene outing. The staff, from cleaners to receptionist are very courteous. Food was good. Ambience created through some soft flute music throughout the property was meditative. Just one small issue in the room - the moisture from the AC in ground floor was seeping through their ceiling into the floor of 1st floor. This needs to be addressed immediately because people can slip and fall. Otherwise we had an excellent stay in this property.,
