Great location, 5 minutes walk to the lake. Bathroom is very roomy with good flow of hot water. There is a nespresso coffee maker in the room too and EV charger is the cherry on top. For those who drinks, bar is just next door.

Pillow is too thick in my opinion. A pair of one thin and one thick pillow perhaps is good option for the customer to choose for their comfort.

Loved the location and the food at the pub was excellent.

Got a nasty note left on our car from another guest who said that we had taken their disabled spot. We didn't even know it was a disabled spot, it was simply the spot outside our room. When we moved the car in the morning we realised that the disabled symbol was painted on the ground. Unfortunately, as the painting on the bitumen is very old a worn we simply didn't see it in the dark when it was raining.

Internet was a bit in and out, but that’s more Ballarat. So not blaming the motel
