"We always enjoy our stay at Lake Inn."

Toaster, microwave, small fridge provided in the room. Good supplies of tea, coffee etc Room was clean and tidy. Towels were soft , bathroom toiletries were adequate. Able to park on the premises. Easy check in and check out. Good size twin room.

One man from the next room was rather loud around midnight as he sat outside our room and was probably inebriated. Sink in the bathroom is cracked.

Our room was very large and had everything we needed. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. The motel is just around the corner from the beautiful Lake Wendouree. We would definitely stay again.

Perfectly located in a quiet spot near the lake. Our room was large, comfortable, and well-equipped with a Nespresso machine and fast Wi-Fi. A great base for exploring Ballarat with friendly service to match.

Safe and contact free access after hours. Stayed here for the third time. I always appreciate the close proximity to the Lake and the generously sized, quiet and well appointed rooms with plenty of amenities.

The carpet in room 13 looks badly treated by other hotel guests. Not that I can fault the accommodation provider for the mistreatment. All the accommodation can do is exchange it and add the costs for upkeep to the bill of future hotel guests.
