Salle de bain loin d'être fabuleuse, pas d'évacuation d'humidité, climatiseur bruyant, belle qualité de serviettes, pas de café dans la chambre et il faut en plus payer celui situé à l'accueil

Closer from downtown no pool no Coffee in room no breakfast

Nous avons eu besoin d un fauteuil et on a répondu à notre demande tout de suite

I hadn't been in Gouverneurs in awhile, I don't think I will for a long time. Old property and facilities, I felt like nothing had change for at least 20 years. No coffee in the room, I had to pay for one in the lobby... No iron. But on a positive note, the staff was courteous, and the bed very comfortable.

Would definitely need an upgrade as the property and rooms are very old. When we booked, it stated Breakfast buffet included but there was none offered upon check out. The entire section was closed off.

It's a good hotel for a late overnight stay. No fridge or microwave in some rooms and our double queen-bed room is a double double-bed room. Other than that, rooms are clean and quiet and staff is friendly.

Very quiet. Sleep very well. Clean. Friendly staff.

Hotel need a facelift. bad TV reception due to hold cables. Paint chipping from wall and ceiling. New A/C unit installation does not look finish with plywood and silicone around the unit. Paper glass. only two power outlet with all appliance using power bars. overall, Hotel need to leave it's 1970 style and move into the 2020.

Hotel has been renovated. We were in the new section, nice clean room. Excellent wifi, easy to find, easy parking. Close to many eating places.
