Hôtels Gouverneur Rimouski

The room assigned tl me was so dirty I have never experienced that before. When I asked to change rooms they wanted to send me a person to pass the vaccum. I went to front desk and had to ask for an upgrade cause there was no way I would sleep in that dirty room.I also paid for the upgrade. Unacceptable.

Nice place to stay located close to everything, our only complaint, there was no fridge in the room.

Very dirty room found hair all over bathroom and crumbs in room place smelled.....

Hotel is great area. Beautiful view of the St. Lawrence. The pool area of the hotel is really nice, great outdoor space, kind of secluded. Room size was good, too bad hotels use double beds instead of queen size beds! A bit dated, carpets everywhere need to be replaced!!!

Room next to elevator and ice machine - Terribly noisy! Just horrible. Hair in bath. Lock on the door broken, very dated interior.

Staff were very helpful and the rooms were very clean!

one part of the hotel is in a very bad condition and the renovated part is nice.

Hotel needs a bit of upgrading but is clean and has a friendly staff

We were told that we would have a view of the gulf on the third floor, at the last minute they changed our room and placed us in the back of the hotel. totally unhappy.
