"Great spot for a stopover, we felt right at home."

Our host, Paul, went out of his way to make us feel welcome. All staff and the locals were friendly and informative about the area. Highly recommend.

"Lovely little place."

Traveled over for a spot of fishing and a few beers, hotel staff were very welcoming, nice clean room with comfy beds. Free breakfast was tasty with a good menu. Couple of minutes walk to a lot of pubs too so that was a bonus. Keep up the good work!

"Warm and hospitable"

Staff were exceptional. Great breakfast and great friendly bar. Lots of locals with local knowledge and recommendations Paul and staff were very helpful. Excellent location, close to all town facilities.

"Great Location, Lovely Staff, Comfortable Stay"

Lovely room, big windows and lots of light! Very comfortable and lots of space. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and varied, which was fab. I was able to park at the property to avoid disc charges, which was a relief as it’s a confusing system! My stay was easy, comfortable and relaxing. Thank you!

My only niggles were that the bath looked like it needed a bit of tlc (just a touch up on sealant, nothing major) and I couldn’t work out how to adjust the main blinds in the bedroom; I could open and close them, but could not rotate them to maintain some privacy while still letting light in!

"Easter holiday"

Very big , clean nice room . Breakfast was delicious, staff so helpful and friendly. We ordered dinner on Friday- was so delicious ! Hotel is walking 5 minutes from high street. Thanks a lot for your lovely service !
