The Strathearn Hotel

It was designed with period features which was lovely. Quite grand looking from the outside. The dinning/bar area is lovely. Room was a nice size with a decent size shower. The staff are what make this place. They all went above and beyond especially the lady serving breakfast. The food was delicious. We had a group meal in the evening and everyone enjoyed everything they had to eat. The breakfast. Wow! Had everything you would expect from a traditional Scottish breakfast. Other options were available as well as cereal and yogurts. This was definitely a highlight for me.

There was a delivery quite early in the morning which did wake us up and the tipping of the bottle bins. Which could have waited until guests were awake. Not at around 6am.
