Beautiful hotel. Very kind staff. We loved that we were about to get our laundry done at a small fee, that breakfast was included in our stay, and that they provided turn down service. The hotel is very close to many restaurants, we walked to the office of where our excursions were housed, and so many opportunities to shop and get coffee or ice-cream.

Delightful hotel, we loved our stay in the beautiful green room. Nice quiet part of town but still within easy walking of everywhere.

We stayed in the Presidential Suite and the room was large with a big, comfy bed and a separate jacuzzi tub and shower. It was nice and private being the only room upstairs, and we enjoyed having a private place on the rooftop terrace, too. The cooked-to-order breakfast was very good, and the women who served it were very nice. The door to the property is a locked gate 24/7 and we felt very secure there.

This is a lovely boutique hotel with loads of character near the centre of the city. We were placed in the upstairs room with our own terrace. The room is shabby clic with some interesting furniture. The bathroom was very spacious with tub and shower. The shower was slightly temperamental. The electrics were somewhat frail. We had breakfast each day. There was a set menu but the the staff were very accommodating and made alterations to suit our taste. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again.

Friendly staff, wonderful peaceful refuge from the bustle of the city while still being in a convenient location. Definitely recommend. Check in was offered in English or Spanish. Very easy communication. Super helpful. Arranged a ride to the airport as well. Delicious breakfast included.
